If I had woken up to fog I might not have gone, but since it was another gorgeous day, I decided to join my husband down in Monterey. He needed to spend a couple of hours meeting with someone right on Cannery Row, so I grabbed my camera (ok, I rarely leave my house without my camera) and went with him.
I really only took a few photos, but thought these were worth sharing! The weather was spectacular!
After a few hours at Cannery Row, we headed over to Del Monte shopping for a bit of shopping at Pottery Barn! You’ve got to love that!! And then, on our way home we ate a fabulous dinner at The Whole Enchilada in Moss Landing. I’m sure we’ve driven past The Whole Enchilada hundreds of times and this was the first time we’ve eaten there. We’d definately enjoyed it and would go back! Don’t you just love it when you discover new places??

Renee, those are such outstanding shots! The colors are beautiful! My grandparents used to live in Pacific Grove and when we visited we went to Monterey Bay and watched the sea otters with the abalone. I’d love to see that again. Thanks for sharing these, they’re gorgeous!
Oh, I am green with envy!! I just love seeing the coast through your lens. I loved my visit there and can’t wait to come back and when we make our family trip there, I am soooo calling you.
