I consider my style casual and comfortable. I want to capture your child having fun! My goal is to capture real personalities and smiles! Sessions can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours. I’m in no hurry!
MINIstudio Sessions
I now have a MINIstudio set up in my home! I am so excited about it! It is small, very very small, but functional. This is where I will now be doing most of my newborn sessions. I will also be able to do 1-2 children (age 5 and under). I will also be offering MINI-sessions in studio (make sure and follow me on facebook so you don’t miss out)!
On Location Sessions
I love outdoor sessions at the park! Green grass and bright colors make wonderful photos! Here is a list of my favorite locations. Remember, these are suggestions only. Please let me know if you have a location that is special to your family.
Roaring Camp, Westlake Pond, Natural Bridges Beach or Park, Lighthouse Field, Main Beach (near the Wharf), Yacht Harbor/Jetty
On location sessions may also be done at your home!
What to Wear
Casual clothing (think Gap Kids and Gymboree style)
Avoid big logos, I want the focus to be on your child, not the clothes they wear!
Barefoot is best!
Is your child in a dress themself stage? Do they like rainboots, cowboy hats, tutus, and bright striped tights? By all means, let’s capture it! Please feel free to bring along a fun and funky outfit!!
** Feel free to bring along an outfit change (or two). I’m sure you’ll want a little variety in your photos and… kids will be kids… and dirt does happen!
